ACQUISITION OF WORK POINT GENERAL TRADING LLC Dubai AND MERGER WITH FAMONOS LLC Sharjah

We are happy to announce that the acquisition of WORK POINT GENERAL TRADING LLC was completed with 10th of June 2022 and is now in 100% Ownership of our Group / Group Partners.
WORK POINT GENERAL TRADING LLC established in 2012 and since 10 years operating on the Dubai market with impeccable records.
This Acquisition and the change of Trading Operation from Famonos LLC Sharjah registered in Shams Freezone to a Mainland Operation was necessary in order to be aglined with the latest legislations in Import, Trade and Certifications for operations on the Dubai Mainland.
